It has come to attention that a recent issue at our partner Maersk has affected some deliveries with DHL Klein Pakket and DHL Parcel.
Issue Summary: Between March 17th and March 20th, a technical error in the system resulted in two packages being assigned the same tracking number. This caused some packages to be delivered to the wrong recipients.
Technical Data: During the launch of system updates and the integration of certain changes, it was observed that the new label generation model caused issues for two suppliers, while all others were successfully migrated.
Resolution: The issue has been identified, and contact has been established with the supplier to determine the best way to resolve it. The immediate problem was fixed on March 21st, and no further packages have been affected since that date.
