We would like to inform you about potential delivery/pick up impacts for post and packages to the following destination:
Greece We would like to inform you that, due to an impending severe heatwave, we have implementing temporary operational changes concerning last-mile deliveries in Greece and Cyprus with our network partners since the first message 27th of June.
In accordance with directives from the Ministry of Domestic Affairs and in response to extreme temperatures (reaching or exceeding 40°C), all service point managers are instructed to suspend motorcycle deliveries during peak heat hours, specifically between 12:30–13:00 and 17:00–17:30, in affected areas.
This directive, issued by the Ministry of Domestic Affairs, also mandates the provision of cold water and the implementation of all necessary measures to safeguard the health and well-being of employees.
Expected delay: 1-2 days
Our network partners will make every effort to ensure deliveries in the best conditions. This situation for our network partners is in constant coordination and we will continuously inform you about the current status when this is needed.

We would like to inform you that, due to extreme weather conditions, our network partners may implement temporary operational changes concerning last-mile deliveries during the summer.
In extreme heat, we take extra measures to ensure the safety and comfort of our drivers and sorting colleagues. These measures include adjusted working hours, extra breaks, cooling on the work floor, and, if it becomes too hot, a temporary pause in the sorting or transport process, which may impact the delivery and pick-up of post and packages
