There has been a backlog in the Posti network, resulting in an approx. +1 day delay for parcels destined for Finland and the Baltics.

A sorting quality improvement project is now underway, with actions already being implemented to improve parcel handling and quality.

In addition, a dedicated working group will be launched this week to address the overall quality performance of parcel products.
