There is currently a widespread power outage in the Czech Republic, which unfortunately also affects many of our pick-up points. In concrete terms, this means
Your end customers are currently unable to collect parcels Payment by cash on delivery (COD) is currently not possible
Our local team is working closely with our local partners to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. As soon as the electricity is available again, the services will be available as usual.
We will of course keep you up to date and inform you as soon as everything is working smoothly again.
