The trade unions have announced a national interprofessional demonstration on Friday, 9 October, as well as a public sector strike on Monday, 12 October. These actions may impact our operations.
We will make every effort to minimize disruptions and ensure the continuity of our services. However, the collection, processing and delivery of your letters and parcels may experience delays on these days.
We will also do our utmost to maintain the usual collection schedules for your shipments. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that all collections will be carried out according to the planned schedule.
Your customers will be kept informed through Track & Trace and the My Bpost app of the status of their parcels and any potential delivery delays.
